Integral Leader Program

The Integral Leadership Program is a 12 month engagement, commencing with a 3-Day Educational Foundation Session to establish a firm understanding of what it means to be an integral leader, followed by regular coaching conversations to embody the learning through projects, practices, applications and producing results. The mental, emotional, physical and spiritual intelligences are addressed and the effect each have on leadership are clarified, e.g. uncovering the ability to utilize all of our faculties; of reason, spirit, body, and emotions in our leadership. Our intelligences, which aid us in our discernment and provide us with an ability to respond quickly and successfully to new situations, and our energies, our strength or power in action, are essential to seeing what is needed in our organizations. This program weaves together the spiritual, emotional, physical and mental energies and intelligences to offer a different quality of leadership: leaders who lead from wholeness, connection, balance, reflection, and inclusiveness.

The 3-Day Educational Session includes an Integrality Self-Assessment (if interested contact us) and learning experiences in each domain of intelligence, (spiritual, mental, physical, emotional) e.g., dialogue, completion processes, physical engagement, intellectual and emotional inquiry, self-reflection, visioning, future planning from an integral viewpoint, and education in the distinctions of transformational leadership, i.e., how to guide the quality of change needed in organizations today. Participation in the program includes sessions with various other professionals to further enhance the experiences in the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional domains, e.g. yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, meditation, visioning, physical-energetic work,  nutrition, health, neural emotional component, (NEC) etc. All interaction with other professionals outside of ACS consulting services will be agreed upon before the program commences and assessed as valuable to the program’s intent by the individual program participant.

“To lead people, walk beside them … As for the best leaders, the people do not notice their existence.

When the best leader’s work is done the people say, ‘We did it ourselves!’
