Practitioner/Coach Program

This year long program educates a team of people to be competent ICOT Practitioner/Coaches – individuals who are educated in and effectively utilize the distinctions of individual, cultural and organizational transformation to go beyond the current established forms in their own lives and those of their cultures and organizations.

The program provides experiences in coaching from an integral worldview and practices in manifesting integrality in business. The ICOT Practitioner/Coach Program creates champions of the organization’s vision who continually re-invent the envisioned cultural and organizational environment and encourage colleagues to do the same;

Practitioner/Coaches empower others, e.g. individuals and teams, to produce innovative results in the organization
